It has been awhile since I read a book that was in the vein of Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy in terms of some of the humor, but this book really nailed it. The robots are absurd in their behavior and the protagonist, Uncharles, is very much on point. I love the Wonk and how that character gets revealed through the book.
What was also interesting is the audio book is read by Adrian Tchaikovsky which I think even added to the fun.
The end of the book had a bit of telling, which reminded me of how the end of Brave New World played out, but I was okay with it. It was like a Wizard of Oz from robots.
